Synopsis

A feminist western film based on an old Balkan folktale about a young girl who disguises herself as a man to escape the role society imposes on her. She fearlessly rides out on an adventure outsmarting devils, defeating powerful beasts, and gaining the respect of kings. On the last trial of her final adventure, a dragon discovers her secret.
